Funny hats are becoming a thing for the Pike County Commissioners, who sometimes play pranks on each other. At a recent meeting, Commissioner Karl Wagner was unaware that
someone had taped a funny photo of him on the front of the table where he sat.
Earlier in the week, Wagner had been in Commissioner Rich Caridi’s office and tried on Caridi’s viking helmet.
Someone took a picture.
Wagner chuckled when he realized this photo was hanging on the table during the official meeting.
