Carrot cake at Dingman Delaware

Someone already took a bite of this slice

The location of Delaware Valley School District meetings rotates between the administration building and various schools throughout the district.

Most of the meetings are snack-free, or sometimes cookies and coffee are offered.

But there is a tradition of fresh baked carrot cake when the meeting is held at the Dingman Delaware Middle School cafeteria. A line always forms at the coffee table for the moist cake loaded with raisins and a thick layer of white frosting.

It is the most delicious meeting in the district.
