backed up today
Sorry guys, no full blog today.
should we blame venom for the failings of spider-man?
Just one link and maybe we can start to close the door on the ruins that have become the Spider-Man franchise. It’s tough to imagine how it’s come to this, but this timeline gives you a good idea of what kind of money-grubbing has been taking place lefta nd right on this thing. When people think it’s a good idea to turn a superhero into a Broadway musical, you’re just asking for trouble. The trick is to read this story backward, starting at the third page to get the full effect of how far the franchsie has fallen. That said, it’s not fair to completely abandon Spider-Man yet, since we know exactly nothing about the new version that will be out in 2012 to restart the franchise. The only thing for sure is the franchise, for better or worse, will never be the same. If you can’t tell, I’m angry. It should have never come to this.
