I am completing a study for my graduate thesis that involves using different pacing strategies for the mile run. I’ve been in contact with Joe Koch, the East Stroudsburg University men’s track and field coach, and he referred me to contact you for more potential participants. Coach Koch said that you know many runners in the community and would be of great help. Each participant in the study would first have their VO2 max’s tested here in our Human Performance Lab and then complete two different mile time trials on the indoor track. We are looking for participants from ages 18 to 30, who currently run competitively. Please let me know if you can help me with participation for the study.
