stuff ‘round the mill
“Success seems to be connected with action. Successful people keep moving. They make mistakes but they don’t quit.” – Conrad Hilton

The fall marathon season isn’t far away. I hope your keeping your training regimen.

I love training in the kind of heat we’ve had during recent days! But I do take some precautions. I take a 20 oz. water bottle along for any run, and 2 bottles for any run over 8 miles. If I drain one I begin looking for the next fast food restaurant where I will refill my empty bottle in a bathroom sink. I’ve refilled bottles at spigots after asking home owner’s permission to do so. There is water all around when we run, plan your running or cycling course with water in mind! Ice cream too!

Please keep training! Please do it safely, you are VERY important!
