stuff ‘round the mill
FROM MIKE – Mill triple by-pass

Anyone have the time, willingness or craziness to run a triple Lions Thursday morning? A 6, 7 and 8 am (all “ish”) starts. A triple by-pass, run a Lions, grab a drink and snack back at the mill than right back out for another loop. Training run pace, nice and slow.

If Mike’s adventure is too calm for your liking you can join these ladies:

There are two Women Transcon record attempts in progress.

British Mimi Anderson (53 years old) started on Thursday Sept. 7th in Los Angeles town hall and Sandra Villines (45 years old) started on Monday Sept. 11th at the town hall in San Francisco. Both are heading to the New York town hall.

Mimi Anderson – start Sept. 7th LA – NY 2850 miles Goal 53 days = 53.77 miles/day
Sandra Villines – Start Sept. 11th SF – NY 3067 miles
