“Remember, the feeling that you get from running is far better than the feeling you get from sitting around wishing you were running” – author unknown

I’ve sneaked off my porch a few time recently just to get a closer look at what y’all are up to. What I’m seeing is that the west end rats (of the mill) are out training longer than the east end rats (of the mill)! By the time I’m passing by the mill the east end rats are loaded up and gone to wawa, while the west end rats are still out playing! I hope that’s a sign the RFR marathon is on everyone’s list of must do events this year.

Bill Carlton is healing!

Fred Cramer is fine!

FROM RICH PRICE: (Rich sent this to me last November and I neglected getting out to y’all in a timely fashion)

My sons finally took on a marathon. (NYC)

Richie: BIB #3079. 3:09:39 ? Overall

Alex: BIB #1080. 2:39:25 111th Overall

Pretty good for the first time out.

All the best,

Rich

Rod – I am in the NYC lottery again this year. I hope I hope I hope! : )
