The view from my porch.
The good news is we have TWO trail runs for worthy causes to choose from this weekend.
The bad news is they are both on the same day at the same time about 15 miles apart.
Congrats to Lou Camilletti for his Wine Glass marathon finish!

FROM GINA:
Good Morning Rod,

Trish from ready set run gave me you email. I am hosting an event this coming Saturday. I am an ostomy nurse at Lehigh Valley Pocono, I am organizing this event for our community to raise awareness for ostomy patients. I am including an information sheet so you understand what this means. I will send you the link where they can go and register, but they can register at the event. My mission is to educate the community about this procedure and how life saving it is, also to try to get these people out of their home and be a part of the community! I have been an ostomy nurse for 25 years and I started an ostomy support group that is held in Bartonsville every month. I will include a brochure for this also. I know there are a lot of really good causes out there, and this is one too. It is just one we don’t talk about and these patients live in their homes because they feel insecure and scared. Please help me raise awareness for our ostomy patients in Monroe County. If you can send an email out to your runner that would be great! The race is this Saturday and registration starts a 9am. It is in East Stroudsburg at the Dansbury Park, Levee Loop. I am sure you are aware of where is this. Please see attachments!

Thank you for listening and I hope you can help me raise awareness!!
Sincerely,

https://ostomy5k.org/ Select East Stroudsburg

What am I missing? What else belongs here!
