I don’t know about y’all but I have learned for a fact that past performances don’t insure future results. Train as hard as you can, training with all the components of smart training, is the only sure way to performance improvement!
There is the beginning of a new crew at the mill. We have the east end crew (EEC), the west end crew (WEC), and a sizable and energizing walking crew (WC). The new crew is the cripple crew (CC) started by Mark Kilker with his cane and me with my leg brace. If you care to join us bring whatever type of non-motorized ambulatory device you have and join us. Umbrellas are acceptable for heavy downpours!
I know I’m rushing things a bit but I am already totally excited about the Boston Marathon. Here’s the list of locals and others followed by our local community. If I’m missing someone PLEASE let me know!
