There is magic in running. I absolutely love to run until I’m so tired I can’t run any farther! I love to see how long it takes me to recover enough to run again!
Following is an interview Lance Armstrong did with Ryan Hall. You will be quite surprised to see the muscular development of 183 lb. Ryan Hall, one of our newest Power Lifters. The interview is over an hour long but it is chocked full of both men’s opinions and attitudes towards running and some cycling! You probably be surprised at how both men feel about running. Sad face here!
